Budget

The City of Leesburg's annual budget is approximately $224 million. The budget includes all of the 28 funds including the General Fund, Debt Service Fund, Capital Projects Fund, three CRA's, seven Utility funds, nine Special Revenue Funds, three Pension funds and three Internal Service Funds. Each year the City Commission reviews the upcoming budget during budget workshops usually held in July. Budget hearings are held in September with the budget being in place for October 1st.
