The City of Leesburg offers free water consumption evaluations to Leesburg water customers. During the evaluations, customers will gain an understanding of the amount of water used in their home as well as their irrigation system. Our water conservation coordinator will advise you on different practices you can implement to conserve water while also reducing your monthly utility bill. You will also be shown how to detect a leak on your property and how to understand the water charges on your monthly bill.
