Project Description
The City of Leesburg is in the construction phase of the conceptual design developed by Architectural and Engineering firm CPH for a new aquatic complex. The project will consist of a multi-lane competition pool, a recreation pool area, a 2,400 ft2 support facility with changing rooms and a parking area capable of supporting over 60 vehicles. 

Currently, the project is 67% complete with a tentative completion date of September 20, 2021. Major items completed include site grading, pool excavation, installation of the permanent dewatering system, installation of underground utilities, installation of the structural & hydraulic components of the pool, and construction of the lifeguard and restroom facility. Upcoming work includes the installation of the pool deck, pool tile & plaster, play structure, water slide, retaining walls, curbs and sidewalks, paving for the parking lot, interior finishes and fixtures for the lifeguard and restroom facility.
