Maintenance Crew Leader

The Facility Services Division is responsible for the repair and upkeep of the City owned and operated buildings and facilities. This division is made up of 2 maintenance technicians responsible for the physical building maintenance and repair and 5 custodians responsible for all of the internal cleaning needs for the buildings. This division is also responsible for supervising contractors that perform routine tasks such as exterior window cleaning, pressure washing sidewalks and building exteriors and large scale repairs to air conditioning systems, electrical system upgrades and major renovations and repairs.

The Custodial Staff maintains daily more than 121,000 square feet of office space to create a clean and friendly environment for the City staff and our customers.

The Maintenance Staff performs electrical, carpentry, and mechanical routine maintenance and repairs of over 231,000 square feet of buildings and facilities, including electrical and climate control services.

In addition these teams maintain the Police Headquarters facility, City Hall Annex, the Vista Pak building, Community Development offices, the existing Public Library on 5th Street, and the current Public Works facilities on North Citrus Blvd.
