A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSMITTAL OF THE Large Scale Land Use Map AmendmentS for WOODRELL, MUSSO-SPENCE, TALLEY BOX ROAD, TEETER, LAFAYETTE SQUARE, PURDUM FAMILY TRUST, LAKE COMMANDER PARK, NOBLES (SWIDERSKI), TROPICAL INVESTMENTS, GREEN lEAF, PRICE, HUNT, BANNING RANCH, AGUIA MARINA, BATTAGLIA, RENAISSANCE TRAILS, MERRITT, JANNEY, FLOYD 1, WATERFRONT ESTATES, PHYLLIS BICHARD HAYES, LYDEN-NICHOLSON 2, LYDEN, FLOYD 2, AND BAR KEY GROVES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida:

THAT the City of Leesburg, Florida, hereby approves the transmittal of the Large Scale Land Use Map Amendments  for Woodrell, Musso-Spence, Talley Box Road, Teeter, Lafayette Square, Purdum Family Trust, Lake Commander Park, Nobles (Swiderski), Tropical Investments, Green Leaf, Price, Hunt, Banning Ranch, Aguia Marina, Battaglia, Renaissance Trails, Merritt, Janney, Floyd 1, Waterfront Estates, Phyllis Bichard Hayes, Lyden-Nicholson 2, Lyden, Floyd 2, and Bar Key Groves to the Department of Community Affairs.

THAT this resolution shall become effective immediately.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, at a regular meeting held the 11th day of September 2006
