Welcome to our new web page for the City of Leesburg General Employees' Retirement Plan. We hold quarterly meetings open to the public on the second Tuesday of each quarter, beginning at 9:00 A.M. These gatherings are held in the Commission Chambers at Leesburg City Hall.
POLICE PENSION PLAN OPEN TRUSTEE SEAT
PLEASE BE ADVISED, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, WE HAVE ONE [1] TRUSTEE SEAT OPEN ON THE CITY OF LEESBURG MUNICIPAL POLICE OFFICERS' PENSION TRUST FUND BOARD. SAID TERM WOULD END 12/31/2013, AS THIS POSITION HAS BEEN VACATED WITH THE RESIGNATION OF CHET. [THESE ARE NORMALLY TWO-YEAR TERMS OF OFFICE.]
INTERESTED CITIZENS RESIDING IN THE INCORPORATED CITY LIMITS OF LEESBURG ARE WELCOME TO PROCURE AN APPLICATION FROM THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE. ONCE COMPLETED, IT WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED TO THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE FOR FURTHER PROCESSING AND APPROVAL BY THE CITY COMMISSIONERS.

Our Trustees hold three-year terms of office.
Public Notices and Meeting Agendas will be posted prior to each meeting. Meeting minutes will be posted after approval by the Trustees at the following quarterly meeting; i.e., March 6th, 2012 meeting minutes once approved at the May 29th, 2012 quarterly meeting will then be posted.
